Superload Information
The Indiana State Police escorts Superloads traveling on Indiana’s Highways. These loads are usually in excess of 16 feet wide, 15 feet high, over 110 feet long and usually weigh in excess of 200,000 pounds. Motor Carriers bringing these loads through Indiana are required to obtain an oversize permit, and arrange a State Police escort.
