Other Funding Sources

Regional Arts Partners offer IAC funding that is distributed through a regional re-granting process. Contact your Regional Arts Partner (RAP) directly to see if they offer funding for individual artists. Organizations seeking operating support or mini grants are also encouraged to inquire about funding through RAPs.

Independent Sector is committed to strengthening, empowering, and partnering with nonprofit and philanthropic organizations in their work on behalf of the public good. Its membership of nonprofit organizations, foundations, and corporate philanthropy programs collectively represents tens of thousands of charitable groups serving every cause in every region of the country, as well as millions of donors and volunteers.

The Foundation Center is the nation's leading authority on philanthropy and is dedicated to serving grantseekers, grantmakers, researchers, policymakers, the media, and the general public.

National Endowment for the Arts is a federal agency dedicated to supporting excellence in the arts. The Endowment is the nation's largest annual funder of the arts.

Grants.gov is the electronic storefront for Federal grants.

Chamber Music America, the national network of ensemble music professionals, was founded in 1977 to develop, strengthen, and support the chamber music community. In addition to its funding programs, CMA provides its 6,000+ members with consulting services, access to instrument and other insurances, conferences, seminars, and several publications including Chamber Music magazine and the weekly e-newsletter, Accent.
