Project Modifications
Any changes to your original grant proposal must be discussed with your program manager before moving forward. If a project modification is required, your program manager will discuss the format and submission process with you. To find the program manager for your grant, visit the Contact Us page.

Final Reports
Final reports are completed in the IAC's online grant system unless otherwise noted in the program guidelines. The final report link will appear under the PDF of your application.Please refer to your guidelines before completing a final report and/or contact your program manager with questions. If you need assistance navigating to the report in the online system or have forgotten your password, contact the grants manager at grantsadmin@iac.in.gov or 317-232-1278.
