2013 Alcohol Summit - The Alcohol and Tobacco Commission's 2013 Alcohol Summit will bring together the alcoholic-beverage industry with state regulators on Friday, March 1, 2013. The Summit's primary objective is to provide a forum through which business representatives can pose concerns to state regulators, who will then address those issues through panel discussions. Mandatory Signage for ATM and Point of Sale Terminals - IC 12-13-14-4.5 requires certain establishments to post a sign prohibiting the use of Indiana Hoosier Works EBT cards next to all ATM and Point of Sale terminals located on the premises. Failure to post a sign in compliance with this section is a Class C misdemeanor. To see the which etablishments are required to post a sign, click here. Trainer Certification - The Trainer re-certification process is currently under construction. If your trainer certification expires prior to the renewal process being made available, it will not affect your ability to train and certify servers. Do not attend a regular Trainer class for new trainers. Continue to check this website for updates to the re-certification process.
