By signing up for Scrapie tags, a premises ID number will first be assigned from the information submitted. Then, the Scrapie flock ID will be assigned and the tags will be ordered from Allflex.

What number sequence would you like printed on the tags?

*Any previously unused sequence can be printed.
(Number sequences need to be 1 to 6 digits long, and will appear on the front and back of each tag below the Scrapie Flock ID number. Please keep in mind that all Official Scrapie tags are unique, so duplicate tag numbers can't be printed. Some examples of number sequences are 1401, 001, 5001, etc.)

How many tags are needed?

(Tags come in any increment of 20. Please order enough to get through at least 1 calendar year. The tags do not expire, so tags ordered in the current calendar year can be used in upcoming years.)
