Course Description

The TSRP will conduct a one-day legal and ethical update for prosecutors. This course will cover the 2008 statutory and case law changes that impact the investigation and prosecution of impaired driving offenses and other traffic related crimes or infractions. This training will be video recorded and burned onto a reproducible CD-ROM that can be distributed to prosecutors as needed. In addition, the legal update portion will be recorded and available for distribution to law enforcement agencies.
