The Kidsline provides general child support information, change of address service, and account information.  Customer Service Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm, except for state holidays.  Automated phone service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

By calling this number, you can anonymously report the location or employment information for a non-custodial parent.  If known, please provide the following information:

  • Full legal names of both parents
  • Non-custodial parent's date of birth
  • Non-custodial parent's current address
  • Non-custodial parent's current employer
  • Non-custodial parent's cell or home phone number
  • Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
