Indiana Department of Child Services
2011 - 2013
The Department of Child Services (DCS), in accordance with its State Plan requires multiples child welfare services in all 18 Regions and 92 Local Offices. It is the intent of DCS to solicit responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
DCS is soliciting proposals for the following Programs, please review the definition of the program. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please click on the link within the program description and you will be taken to the Request for Proposal for that specific service.
The following programs are soliciting proposals:
Comprehensive Home Based Services: Proposals Due 1/31/2013
The purpose of this RFP is to select Comprehensive Home Based Services vendors/providers that can satisfy the DCS need for the provision of Comprehensive Home Based Services that are to be Evidenced Based Models or Promising Practices to all 18 regions and the corresponding 92 local offices in the State. Service providers may choose to apply to serve individual counties, regions or the entire state. Services shall be inclusive (as defined in the Service Standard, see Attachment A), home based and provided for the entire family.

Youth Service Bureaus: Proposals Due 10/29/2012
The Youth Service Bureau Fund is designed to provide reimbursement for community-based services delivered by a certified Youth Services Bureau in accordance with the four (4) core roles as outlined in Indiana Code 31-26-1. For purposes of this request for proposal, Juvenile Delinquency Prevention services will be the focus.

Event/Conference Planning Services
RFP 12-ECPS
The Department of Child Services (DCS) currently has five separate events/conferences that are held on an annual basis. DCS is requesting proposals to provide planning services for these events/conferences. DCS also is looking for proposals to accommodate future event/conference needs as they arise. The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy DCS’s need for Event/Conference Planning services.
This RFP request posted June 1, 2012 has been cancelled. A new solicitation will be forthcoming and will be posted on the IDOA web site at http://www.in.gov/cgi-bin/idoa/cgi-bin/bidad.pl when finalized and ready for solicitation.
