Automated phone service is available 24 hours, 7 days/week. 
Assistance is available in 170 different languages upon request.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Effective July 1, 2012
The age of emancipation for purposes of child support
changed from 21 to 19.
The Indiana General Assembly recently passed legislation (SEA18)
 which lowers the age, from 21 to 19, at which the duty to support a child ends.
This change is effective July 1, 2012.

Announcements
11/7/12:  Attention Non-Custodial Parents - The Online credit/debit card payment website has a new vendor effective Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.   Now accepting VISA payments!  Please click on ‘Make a Child Support Payment’ to be directed to the new website address.  If you have saved the previous link in your ‘Favorites’, you will need to delete it and create a new shortcut. 

Additionally, if you pay child support by phone, that number has changed.   Effective Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 3:00 p.m., the phone number is 1-855-972-9427.  Temporarily, you will be directed to a Value Payment Systems live operator who can assist you with making your child support payment.   Press 1 to talk to a Live Operator and then press 2 to make your child support payment.  Inform the operator that you want to make an Indiana child support payment.  You will need to provide your SSN, 10 digit Indiana child support case number, payment amount, and credit/debit card information, and phone number.  NOTE:   An automated phone system to process your child support payment will be implemented soon.
