NOTE:  675 IAC 12-4-7 (a) states in part: "Construction projects shall be done in compliance with the applicable rules of the commission in effect on the date the plans were FILED with the division".  Therefore, all plans RECEIVED in the Plan Office on or after June 16th will be reviewed in accordance with the provisions of the 2008 codes.
