Building Plan Review Section

Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program

The CERT program develops and trains teams in neighborhoods, workplaces and schools in basic disaster response skills, including fire suppression, medical operations and urban search and rescue. IDHS district liaisons support local governmental units in all phases of emergency management. They provide comprehensive emergency management/homeland security guidance in the areas of preparedness, training, planning, response and recovery to their respective districts. Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center

Otherwise, to report suspicious activity, contact the Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center, which is Indiana's coordination center for integrating, analyzing, producing and disseminating actionable criminal intelligence to combat terrorism and criminal activity using an all-crimes approach.
