Permits
A permit application training video series has been developed to assist you in preparing a permit application for construction in a floodway. Topics covered within the videos include minimum application submittal information, flood data resources, minimum technical and plan documentation, new minimum requirement worksheets, details on types of hydraulic assessment approaches, and modeling requirements. Also including in the training videos is information on public notice requirements. The videos are hosted on YouTube and can be accessed with the links below. Note: Some employees will not be able to view these videos at work because of organization security policies. If you are not able to view the videos, please contact water_inquiry@dnr.in.gov for an alternative viewing procedure.
