New interstate carriers (crossing the state lines), brokers, leasing companies, and freight forwarders:

Please note that there is not a renewal process if you are an intrastate private carrier hauling nonhazardous materials.
Those that transport passengers or household goods for hire must apply for Indiana Operating Authority.
