Department of Revenue Merrillville District Office Moves
INDIANAPOLIS (June 8, 2011) – The Indiana Department of Revenue’s Merrillville, Ind., district office has moved to 1411 E. 85th Avenue, Merrillville, Ind. The telephone number for the Merrillville district office will remain the same: (219) 769-4267.
