Admissions Information

An applicant shall apply for admission by submitting a completed application packet which includes all requested documentation. Application packets may be requested by phone (765) 497-8072 or by e-mailing the Admissions Coordinator, Tamara Coy: tcoy@ivh.in.gov or Melissa Templeton, Marketing Director, (765) 497-8675: mtempleton1@ivh.in.gov.

Eligible Applicants

-- An honorably discharged member of the armed forces.
-- The spouse or surviving spouse of an honorably discharged member of the armed forces.
-- An eligible person who has a disability or is destitute is eligible for admission to the Home if the eligible person has been a resident of Indiana for at least one (1) year immediately preceding application for admission to the Home.

The Indiana Veterans’ Home is capable of accepting residents into Comprehensive Care and Domiciliary areas of living.
