Construction Wages are collected by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development and presented to the Indiana Department of Labor. The Indiana Department of Labor is responsible for enforcing Indiana’s Common Construction Wage Law (IC 5-16-7).

Wages are determined by surveying employers throughout the state and include supplemental compensation.
