About DHHS
Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services (DHHS), a program of the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS), Division of Disability & Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) provides assistance to identify and find resources to meet the needs of deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their families, throughout the State of Indiana.

- Deaf consumers and interpreters are encouraged to provide feedback and recommendations on the following form to assist DHHS in improving services to Hoosiers who are deaf or hard of hearing. Feedback Form.

- Interpreting Services Survey 2010 – Community results for 1st year of use (2010) of a single Coordinating Unit (CU) for all interpreting services. Surveys results reflect responses from both consumers and interpreters.

Before sending the State Agency Communication form, please perform the following steps.
- Fill out the form
- Save the form on your computer
- Click FILE, SAVE AS: Name the document (name document with consumers last name and date of appointment, example: Smith 12.31.2010)
- Be sure to note where you are saving the file (such as on your desktop)
- Close the form
- Go to your E-mail and attach the document
- Send the attachment to DHHSHelp@fssa.IN.gov
Please note: Once your file is saved on your computer, you will not need to retrieve the form from the DHHS website, but can open the file you have saved and simply modify the form for a new request (change the name of the document, ie. Smith 1.15.2011).
