Primary Medical Provider (PMP) must be a physician specializing in:
- General Practice,
- Family Practice,
- General Pediatrics,
- General Internal Medicine,
- Internal Medicine-Pediatric, or
- Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN).
