Am I eligible for the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP)?

Read the questions below and see if they apply to you. If you answer yes to all of the questions, then you are likely eligible for HIP!

  1. I have not had health insurance coverage in over six months.
  2. I do not have access to health insurance coverage through my employer.
  3. I am not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare.
  4. I am between the ages of 19 and 64.
  5. I am a legal US resident.
