Overview
Events may take place Monday through Thursday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Special requests for events outside of these hours
will be taken into consideration.
We do not schedule events more than three months
in advance.
Events should be limited to two hours unless otherwise approved.
All outside organizations will be charged a flat $500
fee to hold an event at the Residence.
There is no rental fee for state-sponsored functions.
Groups planning to serve food and/or beverages at an event must use a licensed caterer. A list of approved
caterers for the Governor's Residence is available
upon request.

Residence Facilities
Rentals include the use of:
- A full caterer's kitchen with separate entrance
- Restrooms for guests and catering staff
- State china, flatware and napkins
- Speaking podium
- Large media screen (Note: A laptop computer and projector are not provided)
- Tables and chairs (Note: Indoor events only)
- Event room dimension: 24'8" X 32'4"
The Governor's Residence has accommodations for:
A sit-down meal
Auditorium seating
A standing indoor reception
An outdoor reception
