Letters of greeting are provided by the Governor's Office as a service to Indiana residents with the goal of recognizing individuals or organizations across Indiana. These public service documents are strictly honorary and are not legally binding.
Letters are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Governor's Office reserves the right to decline—including in the case of insufficient information—or edit any requests as well as the right to make exceptions to the guidelines. All letters sent from the Office of the Governor are final.
