INDIANAPOLIS (November 7, 2007) - The Indiana Governor’s Residence will be one of four homes in the historic Meridian-Kessler neighborhood featured this year on the 20th Annual Holiday Home Tour presented by the Easter Seals Crossroads Guild.

"I am honored to be named the Guild’s Honorary Chair and I’m very pleased the Governor’s Residence will be one of the homes filled with remarkable holiday decorations," said First Lady Cheri Daniels.

The Governor’s Residence will be open for tours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on November 10 and 11. The home has undergone a holiday makeover featuring the talent of McNamara Florist’s design consultant David Strohmeyer. Strohmeyer has worked as a floral designer for over 20 years in Indianapolis, New York and Los Angeles. His work has been featured in several publications.

The Holiday Home Tour raises funds to help support children’s programs, camps and activities at Easter Seals Crossroads and is made possible by generous donations and the support of homeowners. Tickets for the 2007 tour are available at Marsh Supermarkets or at tour homes.
