First Lady Cheri Daniels was greeted at her 17th assignment by Dave O’Brien of HANK FM and Lincoln Saunders of Garden on the Go.
The first lady's assignment for the day involved volunteering at the Garden on the Go mobile produce truck. Sponsored by IU Health, the diabetes and obesity prevention initiative takes affordable fruits and vegetables to areas that lack convenient access to fresh produce.
First Lady Cheri Daniels started out her assignment by greeting customers and learning about the items available for sale.
