Cheri's Chores

On the first Friday of every month, First Lady Cheri Daniels co-hosts Mornings with Dave O’Brien on 97.1 HANK FM for a segment called First Fridays with the First Lady. In addition to discussing current events and interviewing guests, Mrs. Daniels gives a report on her most recent activity from
Cheri’s Chores.

During each broadcast, listeners have the opportunity to call in and propose a new task for Mrs. Daniels to learn during the following month. After the first lady chooses her newest “chore,” she schedules lesson times with the listener to learn each specific trade. From grooming a horse to serving lunch in a middle school cafeteria, Mrs. Daniels has proven that she is willing to attempt a wide variety of assignments.
