HRC > General Licensing Information > Indiana Fingerprint Reciprocity Indiana Fingerprint Reciprocity

For Owner's Only!

Indiana requires licenses be fingerprinted.  We currently offer fingerprint reciprocity with the following states: Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio. An applicant must have submitted their fingerprints to any of the reciprocating jurisdictions in which they have been licensed during the calendar year of 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 or 2011. Fingerprint reciprocity will not be resubmitted to another state if your fingerprints have been returned to that jurisdiction as unclassifiable (not readable).

Keep in mind that Indiana participates in the fingerprint program being offered by the Association of Racing Commissioners International (RCI). You need only be printed once on their card and can have a FBI report sent to a total of nine (9) different states, minimizing the number of states you must be printed in.

Please contact the Licensing Office at either of our Indiana race tracks for the necessary fingerprint card or to participate in our fingerprint reciprocity program. You can also email us by clicking here or write to us at whichever Indiana race track you'll be racing at first:
