Indiana Beach Program

Indiana's beaches are a wonderful place to play, watch wildlife, fish, and swim. With these beaches giving us so much, we have to protect them from a variety of potential problems. We can help you plan a trip to the beach, learn about beaches and the issues around them, and understand how we protect beaches.

BeachGuard & BeachesAlert

Visit the BeachGuard Online Monitoring Web site or the BeachesAlert Mobile App for up-to-date information on current water quality conditions at Lake, Porter, LaPorte and Kosciusko County beaches throughout the swimming season.
