Anyone who will be entering CRTK information or certifying CRTK submissions must set up an RSP account.
If you are using the Regulatory Services Portal (RSP) for the first time, register for a new User Account by selecting "New User Registration" on the RSP Login Page. IDEM has implemented an online application for CRTK reporting available via IDEM's RSP. You will then be prompted to create an account Username and Password.
Each user will be prompted to enter additional information to create an Indiana Electronic Subscriber Agreement (IESA) and will need to submit a signed IESA form to IDEM prior to completing any reports electronically. An IESA is complete when:

If you are a returning user, login to the RSP with your Username and Password and begin your Tier II report anytime after January 1.
Submitting electronically does have advantages. Some of the ways users will benefit from this system are:
Beginning January 1, 2011, all Tier II reports must be submitted electronically. No paper forms will be accepted.
IDEM does not accept reports generated using U.S. EPA's Tier2 Submit software.
