Welcome to IDEM’s Public Notices Site. This site is designed to provide public access to all agency public notices as required by statute or rule including: permitting, rulemaking, meeting and hearing notices. Click on a region name to find notices by the regions they affect or you may view all IDEM notices by clicking on the ‘All Regions’ link. You may also click on the map image to see a list of counties in each region. Clicking on the ‘more info’ button for each region will take you directly to the regional notices page. For public meetings not requiring notices, please check the IDEM Calendar.
Subscriptions: What to know about new notices as soon as they’re posted? You can now subscribe to regional public notice pages. By subscribing to a region, you will be sent an e-mail or text message to your phone every time IDEM adds information to a specific regional page. This allows you to stay current on all posting and never miss a new posting. Follow the directions on each regional page to subscribe. Click on the ‘All Regions’ link to view or subscribe to all public notices.
