2008 Ozone Season Summary of NOx Allowances that have been Reserved from the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Set-Aside under the Clean Energy Credit Program
The following companies implemented projects that have been approved for NOx allowances from the energy efficiency and renewable energy set-aside under Indiana’s Clean Energy Credit Program. While the projects have received preliminary approval, the transfer of the NOx allowances to the companies will not occur until the actual results achieved by the projects have been submitted to IDEM after the 2008 ozone season and the results verified.
