IDOA Procurement 2012 Vendor Fair

The Indiana Department of Administration Procurement Division facilitates the purchasing and contracting activities of all State Agencies, excluding the Indiana Department of Transportation.

The IDOA Procurement Division manages all

  • Requests for Information,
  • Requests for Quotes,
  • Requests for Proposals, and
  • Quantity Purchase Agreements.

Persons Who Engage in Investment Activities in Iran

The Indiana legislature enacted a provision, effective July 1, 2012, prohibiting contracting with companies that invest in Iran. (I.C. 5-22-16.5) The Indiana Department of Administration is charged with development of a list of persons the department determines to be engaged in investment activities in Iran.

Notice to State of Indiana Contractors

The Indiana State Ethics Commission has released a new ethics training for "individuals who have business relationships with the state", which includes Executive Branch Lobbyists. While this training is not required at this time it is recommended that all Indiana contractors complete the program and retain a copy of the completion certificate.

The Procurement Division also oversees the State's Buy Indiana program and the One Indiana strategic procurement initiative.
