Pitney Bowes Print & Mail Services
To streamline and improve printing, copying, and mailing services, while taking advantage of the state's buying power, IDOA has consolidated printing, copying, and mailing services through a contract with a single on-site vendor, Pitney Bowes Management Services. The contract was established through RFP 7-61.

Pitney Bowes provides a single point of contact for printing, duplication, and mailing services. This enterprise-wide solution provides State Agencies one-stop-shop efficiencies and accountability. Services provided by Pitney Bowes Management Services are numerous and affect agencies in different ways; therefore, IDOA has provided an overview of the services, changes to procedures and any other necessary information for your agency to use this new contract with success and savings.
