The Senate Avenue Garage The Senate Avenue Garage is open from 5 a.m. until 11 p.m. Public parking tickets for visitors are dispensed until 7 p.m. when the legislature is not in session. Public parking is not available at the Senate Ave. garage during the legislative session. Hours may vary due to Special Events.

The Washington Street Garage The Washington Street Garage is open 24 hours a day except for State observed holidays. During the legislative session, public parking is restricted to evenings and weekends. State employees may use their Access Card to park in the Washington Street Garage on weekends, after hours, or during special event without paying visitor parking rates.
