IDOA > Contract Administration > Executive Document Summary Executive Document Summary

Every original contract to which the state is a party must have an accompanying Executive Document Summary (EDS). The EDS is used by the state to quickly discern pertinent contract information, including the contracting parties, the contract amount, and the contract date.

Recently, IDOA has created an online version of the EDS form, which provides the state with the contract search functionality required by Executive Order 05-07. Because the electronic form is the source of contract search data, all agencies are required to use the new form, effective July 10.

Electronic EDS (log-in required) Once there you'll need to click "Purchasing," then click "Procurement Contracts," and, finally, click "EDS."
