GENERAL INFORMATION
The State of Indiana invites local governmental entities to participate in two upcoming bids that will result in contracts for calendar year 2011.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Entities that would like to be included in the bids must provide volumes through the www.OneIndiana.net tool (similar to the road salt bid this year). Understand that your participation in this bid is a commitment to buy from this contract. Entities should provide estimated volumes of items they intend to purchase in 2011 from the resulting contracts. Your entity is not required to purchase these estimates with the awarded vendor(s). By submitting this information through OneIndiana.net your entity is committed to purchase the products from the resulting State of Indiana contracts.
