Bidding on State Contracts

The Indiana Department of Administration Procurement Division manages the purchasing process for all Indiana state agencies, with the exception of the Indiana Department of Transportation.

Companies who would like to respond to a solicitation must be registered with the Department of Administration. Once a company is registered, it will receive notification of solicitation opportunities that match its business offerings.

State of Indiana solicitation opportunities released by the IDOA Procurement Division, including Invitations to Bid and Requests for Proposals, are sent via e-mail and published in specific newspapers. Solicitation packages are also posted for download on our website.
