The Aviation Division has overall responsibility to manage the state's aircraft fleet and ensure compliance with all applicable FAA regulations. This responsibility includes:
The division provides the governor, executive staff, and state employees air transportation services, aerial photography, wild life observation, and light cargo transportation.
The state-owned aircraft fleet currently consist of five (5) helicopters, and seven (7) fixed-wing aircraft.
