About Space Planning & Leasing
Indiana Government Center provides office space in downtown Indianapolis for the central location of State Agencies. As manager of Indiana Government Center, the Indiana Department of Administration can help agencies that no longer fit their IGC space, either by working with agencies to create and execute a new space plan, or by facilitating external leased space when required. In addition to managing leases in the Indianapolis area, IDOA's Real Estate Leasing office also works with agencies to secure fair, negotiated rates for regional offices and operations.
