Room Use and Set-Up Guidelines

The Government Center Conference Center includes 32 rooms and one auditorium. These rooms can be used for committee meetings, trainings, interviews, hearings, etc. Each area's capacity is determined by the set-up chosen, with maximum capacity set by the State Fire Marshall.

The different set-ups also include tables and chairs along with a limited amount of equipment. Please refer to State Form #45292 (Request for Room Reservation) for set-up options and available equipment.

The State contracts with the C.A.F.E. Group for Indiana Government Center cafeteria operations. However, catering services provided by any licensed caterer are welcome.

Specific room set-up options, capacities, and other guidelines are detailed in the Room Use and Set-Up Guidelines documents, linked below.
