Quarterly Training Schedule

Correctional Training Institute Lodging Request

In an effort to streamline requests for lodging at the Correctional Training Institute; the following procedure must be followed for lodging requests.

1. All individuals must complete the attached form: Request for Lodging at CTI
2. Return the form to the following email address; sdeoreservation@idoc.in.gov.
3. For Preservice Academy participants, the Facility Training Coordinator must submit this for the New Employee.

Please note, this is only applicable to Staff Development programs.  All Emergency Operations program requests for lodging will still be coordinated thru Major Smith at CMSmith@idoc.in.gov .
