Kendra Wilds York, General Counsel
Ms. York serves as General Counsel to the Authority. In this role she is responsible for all legal aspects of the Authority including accounting and community relations. Prior to her employment with the Authority, Ms. York was of counsel with the law firm of Ice Miller LLP, where her practice focused on tax-exempt financings for the State of Indiana and health care institutions. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University, her M.B.A. from California State University, Sacramento, California, and her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, also in Sacramento, California. She is licensed to practice law in California and Indiana.
James P. McGoff, Director of Environmental Programs
Mr. McGoff is the Director of Environmental Programs for the Authority and directs all environmental programs operated by the Authority, which currently include the Indiana Brownfields Program and State Revolving Fund Loan Programs. Mr. McGoff previously served as the Executive Director for Indiana's State Revolving Fund Loan Programs. Prior to his appointment as Executive Director, Mr. McGoff was a partner in the Indianapolis law firm of Bingham McHale LLP, where he was a member of the firm's public finance practice group. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting and J.D. from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. Mr. McGoff is licensed to practice law in Indiana and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Dan Salefski, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Salefski serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Authority. In addition to managing the accounting staff, he oversees all financial responsibilities of the entity including accounting functions, budgeting and preparing annual financial reports. Before beginning his service at the Authority in July 2005, Mr. Salefski served as the supervisor of consolidations for a local food manufacturer and served previously as the controller for an Indiana hospital. He holds his MBA from Butler University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University. Mr. Salefski is a Certified Public Accountant.
