Conference 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Cost:
$25 (includes CLE credit, lunch, and conference materials)

CLE:
6 total hours, 4.5 hours of which can be applied towards ethics

Please make your check payable to the Office of Inspector General and mail your payment to:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to Joann Flynn at jflynn@ig.in.gov.
  • Cancellations must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012.
  • Cancellations received by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012 will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds will not be made and full payment will be expected for cancellations made after November 16, 2012 or “no shows.”

FAQ

Can I pay my registration fee with a credit card online?
No. We accept only cash, checks, or money orders. If your state agency is covering the cost of this conference, we must have ENCOMPASS chart field accounting information from you or your CFO/Controller. The following chart fields are required: Business unit, Fund, Department, and Program. Please email this info to Dhiann Kinsworthy-Blye at dkinsworthy@ig.in.gov

Can I register by mail?
No. All registration forms must be submitted online.

Must I pay the registration fee if I am a state employee?
Yes.

Is there a different registration rate for state employees?
No. The registration is a standard fee for all attendees.

Can I register on the day of the Conference?
Yes, but only if seating is available. Seating for the conference is limited to only a certain number of registered attendees.

What does my registration include?
CLE Credit, lunch, and conference materials.

Can I cancel my registration?
Yes. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to Joann Flynn at jflynn@ig.in.gov. Cancellations must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012.

Will I receive a refund for my registration?
Cancellations received by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012 will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be made and full payment will be expected for cancellations made after November 16, 2012 or “no shows.”

When will I receive my refund if I cancel my registration by the deadline?
Refunds can take anywhere between 4-5 weeks to process.
