Data Sharing Initatives
This summer a letter was sent to county commissioners requesting their participation in the IndianaMap.
A subset of four GIS data layers were requested including land parcels, point addresses, local roads and jurisdiction boundaries.
These data sets are, appropriately, created and maintained by counties but have great value to
many other organizations around the state and beyond, especially when integrated into a seamless statewide map.
