IHCDA Program Guidelines

  • Must be a mortgage banker or broker licensed to make loans in Indiana
  • Must have a warehouse line of credit
  • Must be able to close the loans in mortgage banker/broker name
  • Must be able to retain the servicing on the loans until purchase by IHCDA’s Master Servicer
  • Must have a person and/or staff representing mortgage banker/broker office attend an IHCDA training or have setup an in-office training before reserving a loan through the program

For Brokers whom are not able to meet the required program guidelines above, IHCDA allows the ability to sign up with a current participating lenders wholesale department to reserve loans through the program.
