The intent of the Community Development Block Grant Emergency Shelter, Youth Shelter and Transitional Housing Policy and Application is to provide capital funding for minor repairs related to health/safety, accessibility or the rehabilitation of emergency shelters, youth shelters or transitional housing developments.
