Annual Reporting

The following are empty MS Access database files, containing two LETB forms each:

• MS Access97 files
• MS Access2000 files
• MS Access2003 files 
  Departments are welcome to use these forms to maintain their own departmental records, and may even add to the structure (eg. add fields) for their own departmental use. (If these forms are used to report data to the Academy, the format cannot be changed.)
