... served with the Steuben County Sheriff's Department for twenty (20) years before retiring as a Master Deputy. After retiring from the sheriff's department, Lieutenant Anderson worked four (4) years as a part-time patrolman for the town of Fremont, Indiana.
Prior to joining the staff at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in July of 1997, Lieutenant Anderson served as an adjunct instructor at the Academy for ten (10) years assisting in firearms training. Lieutenant Anderson is a graduate of the two hundredth (200th) Basic Session of the FBI National Academy.
Lieutenant Anderson's primary area of responsibility is the Firearm Program for the Basic Course and In-service. Lieutenant Anderson graduated from Indiana State University with an Associate degree in Criminology.
