Rochester City Police Department

The Rochester City Police Department is now taking applications for the position of full-time police officer. Applications can be picked up at Rochester P.D., 312 Main St., Rochester, IN.  Written and Physical Agility testing will be December 3, 2016 - 9:00 am at Rochester City Police Dept. A document will be enclosed in the application regarding the instructions for the application process.  Applications must be completed and returned by November 28, 2016 12:00 pm (noon). Geneva Police Department

The Geneva Police Department is currently accepting applications for the Position of Deputy Marshal. The position is a full-time position with benefits. Applications are available at the Geneva Police Department and at the Geneva Town Hall. Applications may also be obtained online at: www.townofgeneva.org. Lafayette Police Department

The Lafayette Police Department is accepting applications for the position of full-time police officer. Please visit the Lafayette Police Department website at www.lafayettepolice.us to obtain an application and to learn more about the opportunities the LPD offers. Application deadline is Thursday, October 20, 2016 to be eligible for testing on Saturday, October 22. On the 22nd we will host both the written and physical tests. Town of Burns Harbor

The Town of Burns Harbor is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Deputy Marshal. Applicants must have high school diploma or GED, be ILEA or NILEA trained, and possess an Indiana driver’s license with good driving record. No applicant who has ever been convicted of a felony or been convicted of a misdemeanor within the past 5 years will be considered. Applications can be picked up at the Burns Harbor Police Department, 1240 North Boo Rd; Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:00PM starting September 19 until October 3rd, 2016.

Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department

Morgan County Sheriff’s Department

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for our 2017 Merit Deputy Eligibility list. Qualified candidates should go to http://morgancountysheriff.com/employment-application.html and complete the application.  The application and necessary documents should be mailed or delivered to: 160 N. Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151 no later than 3:30 P.M. on October 14, 2016.  Applications are maintained on file for a period of 1 year. If you submitted an application with a valid address, within the last 12 months, you will receive a letter of invitation to participate in the testing stage of this process.  Written and Physical Agility testing will the last week of October 2016. Hartford City Police Department

The Hartford City Police Department is now accepting applications for a Patrol Officer. All applicants must be at least twenty-one years of age, have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and have a valid Indiana driver’s license. Applications will be accepted through September 30, 2016, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am -5:00 pm. at the Hartford City Police Department, 700 N. Walnut Street, Hartford City, Indiana. Mooresville Metropolitan Police Department

The Mooresville Metropolitan Police Department is now accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. Applications can be picked up at the Mooresville Police Department Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or the preferred way of e-mailing Amanda Carnell at acarnell@pd.mooresville.in.gov. Applications will be accepted until September 26, 2016 at 8:00 AM. Applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 35 years old, must be a high school graduate, must possess a valid driver’s license, and must be able to pass a Criminal background check. If an applicant is certified with the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, they must be current and in good standing. The benefits of the Mooresville Metropolitan Police Department include a clothing allowance, 2 weeks vacation, 16-18 holidays, 3 personal days, and 10 sick days per year. The position also includes health, prescription and dental insurance. The position will also be part of the Police & Fire 77 Pension. Grant County Sheriff’s Department

The Grant County Sheriff’s Department is accepting applications for 2016-2017 Merit Deputy eligibility list until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2016. Applications must be picked up and returned to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, 214 East 4th. Street Marion IN. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license at time of application. A physical test, written test, urine screen, interviews and extensive background check will be required.

La Porte County Sheriff’s Department

The La Porte County Sheriff’s Office is currently accepting employment applications for merit patrol deputy. Starting pay for a patrol deputy is $44,790.00. Applications can be found at the department’s web site; www.laportecountysheriff.com or can be picked up at the Sheriff’s Office. The deadline for submitting an application, with a cover letter, is September 23, 2016. The tentative date for the physical agility and written test is October 6, 2016. Applications, with cover letter, should be sent to the attention of Captain Michael Kellems at the La Porte County Sheriff’s Office 809 State Street La Porte, Indiana 46350. South Bend Police Department

The South Bend Police Department is currently taking applications for patrol officers. Base pay for Uniform Patrol is $45,101.00 to $55,475.00.  In addition to base pay we offer shift incentive, education and military incentive, uniform allowance, take home cars, longevity pay, and specialty unit pay.  For more information and an application call the Training Bureau at (574) 235-9224. McCordsville Police Department
