Register with INDOT

Become an accessIndiana subscriber and register with INDOT
Getting Access

1. Pre-Register with INDOT to get approval to apply for a permit online by completing a Pre-Registration Form.

2. Wait until confirmation has been received from step one, and then subscribe to accessIndiana to get a Username and Password. $50 per year for up to 10 usernames for your company.

Note: Subscribing to the accessIndiana Portal will allow you access to more services than just this application. For more information about the additional services, please go to accessIndiana Subscriber Info.

3. Register with INDOT to use the system by completing a Registration Form and providing your Username (received from Step 2).
