Thank you for your interest in the Title VI Program’s Web Page. Title VI is a statutorily provision of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that prohibits discrimination in federally funded programs. The following is the Title VI Coordinator’s Mission along with information regarding Title VI.

Title VI Mission:

To ensure that no person be excluded from participation, denied the benefits of, or is subjected to discrimination under any program activity receiving federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation on the grounds of race, color, age, sex, disability or national origin.
