IT Training
The Indiana Office of Technology strives to provide its partner agencies with the most cost-effective way to train their employees in information technology (IT). IOT has contracts with multiple certified vendor sites for instructor led classroom training. Upon agency request, IT training can be made available at our government center. IOT also offers a six-month guarantee on all IT training, allowing students to retake any technical certifications within six months of the original class at no additional cost. IOT facilitates certification training in Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, Cisco and CompTIA. These certification courses also qualify for college credit at several Indiana institutions of higher education.
IOT offers IT training at substantial discounts and handles enrollments, customer billing, payments to vendors and tracking of student satisfaction. For more information on IT Training, please contact IOT Customer Service.
** If your agency has a training coordinator, please contact them about your enrollment before sending it to IOT. Appropriate approvals are necessary before employees can attend training.

Cancellation Policy
The Indiana Office of Technology reserves the right to change or reschedule courses as needed. Students must cancel 10 working days in advance by contacting IOT Customer Service. If IOT Customer Service is not contacted within 10 working days of the course, the agency will be charged.
